Job Description We are seeking a self motivated sales person to develop new client relationships within industry related businesses and sell mold inspection services in the San Diego County area. Specific Responsibilities - Develop relationships with;  • Real Estate Professionals• Title & Escrow Professionals• Insurance Companies and Adjusters• Contractors (Plumbing, Electricians, Drywall, Painters)• Builders• Allergists• Property Management Companies• Home Inspection, Termite and Appraisal Services- Prospecting (by phone) and solicitations (office visits) for new business. - Attending weekly industry related networking events. - Submitting weekly activity reports on a timely basis. - Projecting a positive image when representing the company to clients and the community. This position requires an outside sales minded individual who enjoys the challenge of creating strong professional relationships and generating new business. The ideal candidate must be a team player and customer service focused. A friendly and positive personality is paramount. We will train the ideal candidate in great detail and provide support with marketing material. The indoor air quality industry is in its infancy and positioned for huge growth. It is a very exciting time at VM3 and an excellent sales person will do very well with us. 4. Requirements or Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business or a related field is required, with one to three years of relevant sales or marketing experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate must have documented sales success and excellent communication skills. Candidate must also possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Experience and contacts in Real Estate or Building Related Industries is a big plus. This is a 1099 subcontractor position and salary is commission only.
